This work, drawn entirely in charcoal, represents for me the fascinating contrast between structure and softness. I tried to combine the delicate and serene mood of a closed eye with the textured, shimmering surface. The closed eyelid, from which the fine, precise hairs emerge, conveys tranquility and intimacy. In contrast, I added shimmering, almost crystalline elements to the eyeshadow, creating an impression of brilliance and mystery. The use of charcoal allows me to create deep contrasts that emphasize both the delicacy of the skin and the hard, geometric shapes of the glitter. The flowing strands of hair in the background frame the image gently, drawing all attention to the eye.
